The fact of Brazilian executives oc- cupying notable positions in a global manufacturer headquarters does not re- present exactly a great novelty, although few actually get there. But Thomas and Maurício went through an unusual tra- jectories, which points out a new path for those seeking a similar career: they are not expatriates, in other words, theywere not raised from the Brazilian Audi’s unit to Germany.
