He will be succeeded by Carlos Delich, currently vice president of the business unit of chassis systems in Germany. Delich, who has been with the company since 2001, declared that he is taking over in a very positive moment for the company in the region, and that his “mission is to continue the excellent work done by Wilson Brício”. Brício himself had been with the company since 2001 and took over management of the operations in South America in 2005, having integrated, “in record time”, the companies Sachs, Lemförder and TRW into ZF; he also put in place “the setup of organization models and innovative business procedures in the company”.
