The company was born in 1949 as a small workshop for industrial engines reform in Caxias do Sul, in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, an initiative of the brothers Raul Anselmo Randon and Hercílio Randon. Today, the group is formed by companies such as Fras-le, Randon Implementos, Master, Jost, Suspensys WE/Castertech, Randon Argentina and others.
